JOHN E. WITHERINGTON, JR.

John E. Witherington, Jr. received his master’s degree in building construction from Auburn University in 1994. Prior to receiving his master’s degree, John graduated from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in 1992. With over 24 years of experience in commercial contracting and design-build, John offers an innovative, revolutionary approach to the traditional construction model. His integrity and professionalism are evident when it comes to backing clients’ specific visions and goals. When he’s not tackling the next project or busy on-site, John enjoys spending time with his wife and three children boating and quail hunting.

JOHN T. SALVATORE
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

John T. Salvatore graduated with a degree in building science from Auburn University in 1982. John knows the value of hard work, beginning his career as an estimator for Witherington and continuing in project management. As the current senior vice president with over 34 years of experience in commercial contracting and design-build, John remains highly skilled and specialized in bringing full dedication to every project while upholding a reputation for consistent customer satisfaction on every project he tackles. When he is not working on a construction site, John enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He also enjoys cooking, working on home improvements, and watching the Auburn Tigers during football season.

J. Edward Witherington

J. EDWARD WITHERINGTON
SECRETARY, PRINCIPAL WITH CONTRACTING AUTHORITY

J. Edward Witherington graduated from Auburn University in 1962 with a degree in building science. Upon graduating, Witherington served two years in the Army Corps of Engineers as a platoon leader, construction officer for the engineer construction group, and was the commanding officer of the engineer headquarters company. Working in the industry prior to founding Witherington Construction in 1976, he now brings over 50 years of experience in commercial contracting and design build to the company. In his spare time, Witherington enjoys quail hunting with his son and grandchildren at their family farm, as well as farming for quail. As an avid Auburn fan, he thoroughly enjoys following Auburn football.
